The World Education Fund

The WEF is one of the most daring and ambitious projects for the incitement of the Education, in a global scale. The economic and social development of the nations depends directly of the educational quality of its people. Therefore our first mission is to look for conditions to promote the education, from the basis to the specialization, without international borders restrictions.

WEF is the acronym, in english, for World Education Fund, an non-governmental organization, which was created at the end of 2006, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Its fundamental goal is the incentive of the education and the culture, in general, and in all levels. With forecast acting in global extend, the world seat will be in Geneva, Switzerland, headquarter city of the United Nations and of other important governmental and non-governmental organizations.

With the goal to engage people and other organizations in the project, the WEF holds the International Education Society (IES). Generally this department is designed to offer a social area for the organization. In order to differentiate itself of that main purpose settings of the Fund, the IES will have own characteristics. Transparency

One of the most important characteristics of the WEF is its transparency, concerning the accounts render. The corruption is one of the most serious global problems and the WEF wants to be an example of correction and honesty.

All the money entries and exits will be registered, in details, in the Intenet. In the WEF the global society will have the right to know exactly the destiny of all the contributions and donations.

Partnerships and Projects

The first great project of the Fund is the structuring of the WEF-BRAZIL. Next it will be created a world-wide headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland, aiming to make his relations with the world-wide community easier.

The WEF needs the commitment of the whole international community to transform his marks in fact. The private sector, governments, foundations in the education area, other national and world-wide organizations and the society will need to participate actively!

Collaborators, volunteers and associated

Global job The work in the third sector is extremely recompensatory. So much the volunteers how much the collaborators find a work that prints a great pleasure and that can be considerably profitable even in financial terms.

In the current phase, we are needing volunteers for all the acting areas: administrators, economists, accountants, web designers, translators, lawyers, teachers, students etc., besides all interested in the ideal of building a better world.
